And rest assured, we know how to keep things exciting and delicious. This Grain Field Chickens Chicken Tortilla Soup is a must-try! Method: 1. Shred leftover Grain Field Chicken into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a pot, sauté diced onions, bell peppers and minced garlic until softened. 3. Add canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth and spices (cumin, chilli powder, and oregano). 4. Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for a few minutes. 5. Add the shredded chicken and simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the flavours meld together. Serve the soup with tortilla strips, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro

Eggplant Parmesan for dinner tonight turned out delicious. For the first time I sliced the eggplant lengthwise, and I really liked how that turned out. Thinner individual slices, and the stack was also shorter. Did not have regular marinara sauce, so I used Rao’s pizza sauce, and it was delicious. It is really good quality. One of the most important steps is “sweating the eggplant” for about 30 minutes before you start preparing the slices with egg and breadcrumbs. This involves slicing it, adding a little kosher salt, and stacking it with a heavier plate on top to press down. This makes the bitter juice drain out and really improves the flavor. Making classic stuffed bell peppers is easier than you think. You’ll find the full recipe below, but here’s a brief overview of what you can expect:   1. Prepare the Rice and Beef Cook rice until tender in a covered saucepan. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and crumbly. 2. Stuff the Peppers Hollow the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and scooping out the seeds and membranes. Arrange the peppers in a single layer in a baking dish. Stuff the peppers with a prepared filling of rice, ground beef, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Top each filled pepper with a mixture of tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.   3. Bake Bake until the peppers are tender, basting with sauce every 15 minutes.

Let's cook Köttbullar (Meatballs), a traditional Swedish dish. 🧆Prepare the Meatballs: Mix ground beef and pork with white sandwich bread, minced onion, an egg, oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Form the mixture into small, round meatballs. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs in batches until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. 🥣Make the Sauce: Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt some butter and whisk in flour to form a roux. Gradually add beef broth and cream, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
