Here is an example of helping a Med Affairs/Clin Ops person be more relevant for clin Dev positions. Many want to make this jump - for anyone with a similar problem: ❌Remove references to KOL and Organising Symposiums/events etc - not relevant. ✅Instead focus on site openings, patient recruitment / trial budgets, study Maintence/Closing/Openings. ❌Reduce keywords such as Medical Affairs, Drug Launch etc ✅Increase Keywords such as Phase III / IV trials, Oncology, Study Protocol Reviews ❌Dont do: Tell your whole story in every detail on your CV and expect others to understand, high risk of confusion. ✅To do: Keep it only relevant to that position - tell your story during the interview (if at all). Many with a Clin Ops/ MA background can jump into Clinical Development. They just need to create the right story. If you not getting many job interviews - or - the candidates who are applying are not fitting.
