Today marks the end of an important chapter in my career as I wrap up my time at TGS. Over the past 16 years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most dedicated professionals, creating memories and forging friendships that will last a lifetime. When I first joined PGS in 2009, the exploration industry was on a different trajectory. The industry’s evolution since then has been nothing short of remarkable, driven by the strength and adaptability of the people I've had the honour to work alongside as they navigated the rapid changes in the #energyindustry. The energy sector, as a whole, has demonstrated extraordinary resilience and innovation, particularly in the face of ongoing #energytransition and the ever-increasing importance of energy security in today’s turbulent geopolitical scene. The push toward a carbon net-zero future has become a defining goal, underscoring the crucial role that the energy industry plays in addressing global climate challenges. As TGS embarks on its next chapter, I wish my former colleagues nothing but continued success as they push the limits of innovation in this dynamic and ever-changing industry. I am excited about the next phase of my career, taking on new challenges and remain committed to driving progress in energy industry.

🔶 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨. 🔷 🔹 I need to know what I am talking about when I want to perform my best. During my first 6 months at 𝐢𝐏𝐒 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 I already learned a lot about the Offshore Wind sector. I learned a lot from my colleagues at iPS Powerful People and iPS Baltics. I also learned a lot from all of you here on LinkedIn. 🔸 My understanding is still growing and therefor I think it’s amazing that DOB-Academy gives me the ability to take the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 to deepen my understanding. Knowing more about Offshore Wind is crucial for me if I want to 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐮𝐩 my game. And that is exactly what I want to do! 🔹 And that learning curve is just getting started. And 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭, from what I know now, that learning curve will never end. Engaging more with my growing network helps me a great deal. 🔸 I start seeing 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 what I read and what you live. Yesterday, July 19, 2024, we had a Core Strengths SDI 2.0 team insights review session during our Vendor Master team meeting at ExxonMobil. It was a great satisfaction to bring this tool to the team and present this initiative along with Lucas Vian. Through SDI 2.0, we will be able to better understand our motivations and behaviors in different situations, both in day-to-day activities and under stress. This tool will help us to: ✅ Improve communication with colleagues by identifying what motivates each person and adjusting our approaches for more effective collaboration. ✅ Strengthen relationships in the workplace by better understanding how each person reacts to conflict and how we can resolve these situations constructively. ✅ Increase team effectiveness by strategically using our strengths and valuing the strengths of our colleagues. I would like to thank the team for their interaction during and after the meeting. I believe tools like SDI 2.0 are essential for professional growth and for building a more harmonious and productive work environment. Let’s continue to develop and support each other! Well, folks, it’s been a wild ride! 🚀 After 3 years 2 months of navigating the high seas of the energy industry at ExxonMobil, it’s time to log off and reboot for new adventures... From deciphering the mysteries of crude oil to mastering the art of the perfect tea break with a touch of carrom, my journey here has been nothing short of epic. 4 Lessons I Learned during my short stay at ExxonMobil: 1. Automation is Awesome: Especially when it means more time for innovation with 2x coffee and 3x brainstorming. 2. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Holds true for both; solutions and a weekend plan. 3. Adaptability is Key: Whether it’s a new challenge or finding the last parking spot, flexibility is everything. 4. Oil and Water Don’t Mix: But coffee and deadlines sure do, with a sprinkle of urgency. A huge shoutout to my incredible team who made every project a collaborative masterpiece and every challenge a chance to innovate. That includes, but not limited to Todd Forbes , Allen Lake, Rajith Poolayullathil, Sourav Datta , RITESH KUMAR , Venkatesh Sriram, Nishant Kumar and Manikandan Soubramaniane.
