From an Investors prospective, the service from Aviva is extremely poor, despite several phone calls, emails and requests I am still waiting for Simple Pension Fund Transfer requested in July. Any other Aviva Pension Fund Holders please be warned you will have problems trying to release your funds. Or I am just unlucky? It would be interesting if anyone else has suffered the same issue?
Might explain then why my Aviva car insurance had doubled on renewal. Yet another years' NCB and no other changes, well other than my car is worth less than a year ago. About time insurance companies started to put the customer first please.

1moAs an ex-employee I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand it's great to see the organisation I was proud to work for doing so well. On the other hand I'm angry to see Aviva and other insurers seemingly making money hand over fist whilst ramping up car insurance premiums at an alarming rate. This feels similar to the energy companies and it's not a good look.
