Let's open up Explora's demo in video, we instruct copilot through prompt to help enter a column with exact format we want at a position of excel worksheet, after the prompt is done, the result is instantly appeared👀. Another example is about calculation🔢, that we add into the tabular data through M365 Copilot, the calculation result is accurate and impressively fast🚀 Lastly, we ask M365 Copilot to help us highlight some particular data range from excel data and they end up "highlight" for us in green after the prompt. This "highlight" truly helps us accelerate our analysis much faster and relevant! Nevertheless, Copilot has the AI capability to learn our data then give "suggestion"🔗about how to analyze the data in the given excel and they would suggest the list of the prompt for us to choose based on the context of data such as "what are the countries of the email address?", "how many cities are there?", "what are percentage of distribution by countries?". This already helped many excel analysts to solve problems faster and gain deeper insight. I was at a customer just a few days ago showing the head of operations our new configurable dashboard capability. He excitedly started creating his own dashboard with saved reports, and other widgets. Within a few minutes he had exactly what he was looking for. OEE and Cycle Times for all jobs run today compared with the yesterday. Prior to this new feature, he would have IT create a dashboard in PowerBI. It would have taken weeks with and a lot of back and forth. This dashboard can be tweaked and improved without any help from IT. This is the power of MachineMetrics configurability.

Interactive exploration was facilitated with themed visual filters and slicers for Years. Additional elements like text boxes for labeling. enhanced the dashboard's aesthetics and functionality, delivering a comprehensive overview of Gadgets Analysis performance.

Data Viz Mind Hack: How to Choose the Right Chart   One of the best lessons I've learned in all my years of designing dashboards is this: Charts are NOT interchangeable. Sure, the tool (Excel, Power BI, etc.) allows you to swap one chart for another, and sometimes one decides by "what looks better"...but that's not really the best approach.   There's an analogy I like to use when explaining this concept. A Formula 1 race car is not interchangeable with a banana hauling truck. "But Ian," you might say, "if you think about it, both vehicles have 4 wheels and they both get you from point A to B, so they are, in fact, interchangeable." "True," I would say after a long sip of my morning tea, "but you have to think about the purpose of those two vehicles. The banana truck gets from point A to B with as much bananas as it can haul, while Kimi Räikkönen's car gets from point A to B (over and over again) in the quickest lap time possible. They serve different purposes...and having them trade places just looks silly."   It's the same with charts. Each one was designed for a single purpose: to compare things, the show a trend, to show a composition or breakdown, to tell a story, etc. The trick is in matching the message you want to convey with the appropriate chart.   Check out the graphic below. Start from the middle and ask yourself, "What would I like to show?" then work your way outwards to arrive at the right chart. With enough practice, the thought process becomes automatic, and you'll find yourself getting visualization right the first time, every time. ;)
