🔥 **Audi Trainees meet with Oliver Blume, the CEO of Volkswagen Group** 🔥 Every year the participants of the Audi Global Graduate Program (AGGP) have the opportunity participate in Fireside Chats, in which they are in a direct exchange with top managers and board members. On July 9th our trainees had the great opportunity to have this exchange with Oliver Blume, the CEO of the Volkswagen Group and Porsche AG and a former Audi trainee. Organizing this event was a great honor and opportunity. We were also honored to have another special guest: Xavier Ros, AUDI AG’s Member of the Board of Management for Human Resources, who opened the meeting and with whom our trainees already had the pleasure to have a Fireside Chat. Oliver Blume's career is a testament to the potential and growth that the AGGP offers. Starting as a trainee at Audi, he has risen through the ranks to lead one of the world's largest automotive groups. His journey is a powerful reminder of what dedication, passion, and the right opportunities can achieve. During the session, Mr. Blume shared his experiences, challenges, and key learnings from his time at Audi and beyond.
