How would you grade where we based on all the proposals you put forward and and whether or not they're being implemented today? Yeah, I I'd probably give, I'd probably give us the I'd give Team America See at best right now what with a lot of things lost momentum during the Obama administration. And that was due to probably the five largest counterintelligence breaches in the history of the United States of America, you know, and from the OPM breach to the Snowden breach to the CIA breach and and so on. And every time there is one of those major events everybody kind of like. Pencils down, we need to start over as opposed to continue forward with what were the key priorities. And so I would say that there were a lot of speed bumps during the Obama administration. And while some things continued to move, they just didn't move. They weren't accelerated. Everything got actually decelerated I would say during Obama because of those incidents and and and that's not necessarily be critical. It was sort of the that's just the matter. It's just it's just a matter of fact to the biggest fire you redirected resources you you dealt with a lot of challenges under President Trump. I would say that things decelerated further largely because of the sort of the the the continuity of knowledge. Continued to get lost and positions were eliminated, people were terminated and and so it was sort of how do you just keep this the ship afloat. I would argue under that administration there was really no progress during that administration but at least there wasn't at least it not it wasn't completely eliminated. And now I would argue that under President Biden were in a rebuild phase and. There has been a maybe some resources, not the amount of resources that really need to be addressed. If you think about 12 years of little progress, that means you have 12 years really of bigger deficiencies.
