Practical guide to the study of cardiac outflow plans - The standard examination of the heart includes not only the visualization of the 4 chambers, the 2 chambers and the short axis, but also the study of the systemic outflows on dedicated planes. In this short extract we see how to obtain an outflow plane of the right cardiac system. One piece of advice is to make maximum use of the perpendiculars of the main planes already acquired, it is in fact very easy in cardio-MRI to lose the natural geometries and find oneself in very difficult situations.
