Have you ever been in a position to buy a brand-new car with your fortnightly income? I can't say I have but it is a fun way of illustrating what at least two Consultant Solicitors in our model could afford to buy from their most recent fortnightly efforts! This week I had two very excited solicitors in our model share with me that they would be sending the company invoices for over $25,000 each for their fortnight's revenue share! I was over the moon and sent them this screen scroll of what they could possibly do with their revenue share! There is no guarantee this will occur every fortnight for every consultant but what I can say is that if it happened for them, it can happen for you! As you head into the weekend and are perhaps receiving your payslip for your efforts over the past week, fortnight, or month, ask yourself how much profit did you made for someone else instead of yourself. Once you recover from the shock......send me a DM about getting started as a Consultant Solicitor.

Key Differences between Real Estate Associates and Agents: - Licensing: Real estate associates are licensed to work under the supervision of a broker, while real estate agents are licensed to work independently. [4] - Responsibilities: Real estate agents typically have more autonomy and responsibility, including negotiating deals, representing clients, and managing their own business. Associates generally provide support and assistance to agents and brokers. [4] - Compensation: Real estate agents are typically paid on commission, while associates are often salaried employees of a brokerage firm. [4]

People think the most important parts of a settlement agreement are the dollar figures. But for the lawyers, the most important parts are: ▪️What are we settling? ▪️What are you obliged to do because of this? ▪️When will you pay / get paid? Lawyers look at the details. That’s why you hire one.

“Caveat Emptor” I visited a commercial premises recently with an informed client. Yes, one of the few who understand the importance of getting / receiving INDEPENDENT property advice on a commercial property prior to negotiating Heads of Terms, prior to instructing a Solicitor. Apparently, several offers had been received on this particular property prior to my client’s visit!! I could have written an essay on all of the things that were not right about this property and the things to consider as potential “downstream” liabilities. In the end, when I was asked to sum up my thoughts I said succinctly: “more trouble than its worth”. The state of the property reflected the mindset of the Landlord. “Buyer beware”. #independent #propertyadvice #propertyexperience #propertyknowledge #propertyexpertise

We genuinely care about the conveyancers we work with and the vital work they do. We understand the unique pressures placed upon conveyancing professionals. After all, your clients are often making the most significant purchase of their lives. We provide holistic, proactive support built around your timelines and needs. Our industry relationships mean we can pull in favours and chase up information in ways that corporate search providers can’t (because they don’t have the inclination, resources or dexterity to even make the attempt). To discuss how we can accelerate and protect your client timelines, contact our directors, Kevin or Jeremy, personally at [email protected] or [email protected] #MovingHouse #Conveyancing #NewHome
