Dodgy haircuts 💈👍 Battles with brother 🥊 👍 probably not too familiar with the bath 🛀 🤣 👍 , nope not Oasis, that’s old hat 🎸 🎩 – today I’m using William Wallace 👑 for content. Why? Well, whilst there’s no denying that salaries in the Scottish insurance market have increased ‘post lock-down’, anecdotal evidence suggests the per cent increase witnessed north of the border hasn’t been as great as it has in either the City of London or the English regional market. However, in the past couple of months the tide seems to be turning – and it's global brokers *leading the charge* 🏇 (see what I did there). We are working with several global brokers across Scotland on a number of Account Handling, Team Leader and Managerial roles. As well as salaries at a level we’ve never seen in Scotland before, these come with the market-leading ‘flexible benefits’ that you'd expect with global brokers. So as the great man said, “don’t live under a slavish bond” call me and start earning 💰 a fair wage!
