Absolutely disgusted with Amazon AU. Shame and a scam. Amazon You have failed me 2 times in last 7 days. Your customer service is a joke. Your live chat policy and system is a joke and laughable. Tarun, Mavik, Khan and Habiba failed me. “To be earth’s customer centric company” - Jeff Bezos need to change the tag like for sure. Disgusting. Disappointing. Amazon fail: I'm trying to place a specific order for the entire week, and Amazon keeps flagging my activity as "suspicious", thinks my account is "compromised" (despite even having 2FA), and keeps cancelling my orders. Customer support shockingly seems to have very little power to fix the flagging system. I bet I'm hitting some badly trained AI that is somehow being stubborn about me not being me. Maybe Amazon should buy my recently published O'Reilly book (https://lnkd.in/dfrZPUAY) and improve their automated flagging system with better quality data, right? 😓
