My team has built Learn2Prompt which teaches employees how to interact with ChatGPT and the likes by providing interactive learning paths. There the user can learn by following real world use cases available in German and English and directly interact with the LLM. The biggest effect of cause can be achieved by companies that combine such a platform with the cultural change and the means for employees to use the gained knowledge. Here is where the ai platform shines! In short: * ChatPro provides an chat interface for multiple models run inside an organization to allow for secure managed access so users don’t use public offers that are questionable in terms of data security. * L2P and ChatPro and other cases are build based on the AI platform which provide developers with the means to rapidly build up new GenAI cases and the company the ability to remain in control of security, costs, and knowledge. ⚰️Tomorrow marks 3 months since the whole tech team (and others) were made redundant from Taveo. And wow! has that time flown! ❓Why does this matter? Well as a final hurrah whilst we were still under "consultation" (Redundancy in the UK is long winded and procedural, but the end result doesn't change) we decided to hold a ⭐ SUPER retro - of our entire time at Taveo/hubb Now; Of course, this could easily have become a bitching session (technical HR term) so we laid down some ground rules. We basically wanted to look at what the tech team did well, what didn't go well, and critically what we could all learn moving forwards. 🌠 Turns out the session was incredible. We completely overran. the feedback from all involved (including some still at Taveo) was absolutely amazing. We gathered about 50 points, using a "Campfire Retro" approach. On a typical 2-3 week retro cycle we were maybe picking up 5-10 at a time. (As an aside, I have to say, in my opinion, retros MUST be in person!) I've repeatedly tried to summarise the session, both in my mind and using AI, but honestly there were no really obvious themes (other than we should have got more funding, or spent less - simples eh?). We did briefly consider the business side, but we ran out of time at that point! So; If you find yourself unexpectedly on the move, suggest this with your team - it's a thoroughly rewarding experience. Obligatory copilot image for engagement. Which one is me?
