Another successful training day in BLS with the new hires from different facilities and a couple of seasoned staff ❗️ OAN: When "testing the knowledge" of the class, be sure that EVERYONE understands what's going on. I rarely test the knowledge by allowing the whole class to answer at once, because then that allows some to "hide behind the crowd" and not answer. I typically pick out a few to answer so that the class can hear the right answer a couple of times before I repeat it several times. 🔑Tell them, Show them, Let them Do it & Repeat (x3). The standard in my classes are set. We don't do bare minimum over here! Ask Somebody 😩🤣.
