To track the opens or not to track 🤔 There are 2 points of view. 1) When you just begin your cold outreach, you aim to get positive replies, so you shouldn't care much about the opens. If you have a 100% open rate but 0 replies, you should change the offer or ICP. However, disabling open tracking increases your chances of reaching the inbox. I very often see people in the Instantly community who are not tracking open rates at all and have impressive results. 2) Open Rate tracking might be the first symptom of bad deliverability, e.g., if your open rates are <40%, you should stop the outreach and make a spam test. Also, when your open rates are good (80%>), it means you have a good subject line. With a high open rate but still no replies, something is wrong with your copy rather than with the audience. So, the open rate allows you to make more thoughtful adjustments. What side are you on?

But the results are in ⬇️ & I'd say, generally speaking, it reflects what we see year-on-year when it comes to agencies launching. Irrespective of sector/industry. If anything I'd suggest the run into the end of any calendar year (Sept-Dec) is usually actually the busiest. But it tends to be a toss-up across those 6 months.
