2moHello Daymond, I'm not sure if you're reading all of the terrible reviews about this product. I've had mine for less than 7 months and it has stopped working. It is almost impossible to contact customer service and after 1 hour and 20 minutes holding, I was told that this units only have a 90-day warranty. Had I known that I would not have purchased it. The quality of the units is horrible, and the customer service is worse. Now, I cannot get in contact with anyone to cancel my subscription.
