Last month, the #ArchCanada team headed out west to spend some time in Edmonton and Calgary. The team kicked things off in Edmonton on August 20th. Joined by their broker partners, the team went to Earls Kitchen + Bar to enjoy happy hour in the sun! It was the perfect day to connect with those who we don’t have the pleasure of seeing very often, and a reminder to come to Edmonton more often. Next, the team headed to Calgary to meet their brokers and enjoy some delicious barbeque at Comery Block Barbecue. This event was a great opportunity to connect, relax, and enjoy each other’s company over great food! Around 80 of our Arch colleagues and business partners headed to Tustin Ranch Golf Club last month for our annual Southern California broker appreciation golf tournament!   It was a wonderful afternoon of friendly and competitive golf, course games and lots of exuberant engagement as everyone showed off their prowess on the course. The tournament was stacked with many competitive teams, but after a stiff competition, William Rheaume, Carlos Quinteros, Mark D. Kiger and Tony Owen's team ultimately came out on top.   The event concluded with an awards dinner, raffle and lots of camaraderie. “This was our largest event ever. Thank you to everyone who helped contribute to a wonderful afternoon," says John Washington, SVP, Western Region Distribution Leader. #LifeatArch #PursuingBetterTogether

The Pearlman 30th Annual Conference kicks off tomorrow! At the event, two of our Arch colleagues will take the stage to share their expertise.   ➡ Chris Alexander, SVP, Surety Claims, will join Darryl Leonard, Blake Wilcox, Bruce Kahn and Sam Caterino to discuss the industry trends, challenges and developments that they see as heads of surety claims departments.   ➡ Susan Weinstock, AVP, Surety Claims, will explore pre-mediation before filing suit or arbitration alongside fellow panelists Patricia Wager, Marilyn Klinger and Michael Timpane. We’re excited to share that Mandy Salerno, CRIS, CLCS has been promoted to VP, National Distribution Management, Wholesale. Class is in session! Richard G., VP, Cyber Claims, will be teaching at this year’s CLM Alliance (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance) Claims College.   As an instructor in the School of Cyber Claims, Richard will participate in teaching students how to proactively and effectively manage claims that arise under traditional insurance policies and stand-alone cyber insurance policies. Specifically, he’ll be helping the students understand potential threats and vulnerabilities and how they can impact and damage companies and prospective policyholders. #CLM #Claims #CyberInsurance #CyberClaims #PursuingBetterTogether
