Background I have been sending in job applications for remote positions for the past couple of months and a question keeps lingering on most of these applications. The question. Share the below information with anyone who is looking for H1 sponsorship.   "H1B Application form " https://lnkd.in/gm9iQQJx "   H1B registration deadline for the financial year 2024, The H1B cap registration window opens on March 1, 2024, and closes on March 15, 2024.   All the registrants that have been selected are expected to be notified by March 31, 2024.   Applications for the H1B visa can only be made by registrants who were selected in the initial registration process.   Those who are successful in the initial registration process will be invited to submit their full petition within 90 days.   Selection in the registration stage does not guarantee a visa will be granted. It merely takes the application to the next stage.   The H1B petition must be prepared well. Errors or omissions may result in a refused petition, and the applicant missing out on this year’s allocation and having to wait for the next year to resubmit.   From April 1, H1B petitions should then be filed within 90 days of the selection notification being received. Hurry up last call.....!!! 𝑼𝑺𝑪𝑰𝑺 finally publishes the dates for the H-1B lottery for FY25! The H-1B lottery happens every year during March. The U.S. government sets aside 85,000 visas to be given out, with 65,000 set aside for anyone with a bachelor’s degree and 20,000 for those with an advanced degree. Of the 65,000, another 6,800 are set aside for those from Chile and Singapore. For 2024, here are the 3 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 dates you need to be aware of: 1. 6𝒕𝒉 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 2024: H-1B registration opens at 12:00 PM EST for you to begin putting in your applications. 2. 22𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 2024: H-1B registration closes at 12:00 PM EST. 3. 31𝒔𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 2024: USCIS will notify selected applicants. If any of your documents are expiring soon, make sure to renew them before you submit your application. We are filing for visas: from India ,CPT, OPT, H4EAD, L2 & TN.
