In the time since you've joined KKR, I, I would feel like public affairs and stakeholder engagement has gone from being an important piece of the puzzle to, you know, a, a mission critical aspect of, you know, risk management or growth for, for, for any company, public or private of a certain size. Can you talk to us a little bit about how you've seen the landscape for stakeholder engagement change, you know, between when you left government or when you left politics and, and you know. Day where you have the vantage point you have from KKR, Absolutely. So I think it affects all companies today and there are several trends that affect really it's not just businesses, it's it's every institution in our society. The 1st is that we've gone from an era of benign globalization to an era of geopolitical rivalry. So if you want to make a good investment or if you want to operate a company the right way, you need to understand how your company, how your asset fits into that particular question, understand the supply chain, understand customer exposure, understand. All the ways that an era of geopolitical rivalry could have impact on the value of your business so you can sell it to etcetera #1. #2 we're living in a period of unprecedented populism. Which has produced tremendous institutional distrust. And so people's business models are scrutinized like they've never been scrutinized before. And that's something that I think requires careful understanding. The third thing is we live in, and it's related to the first two, what I call a Gutenberg 2 moment. So the Gutenberg one moment, obviously the invention of the printing press produced revolutions all around the world. The invention of essentially social media and the iPhone or other ways to deliver that to someone 24/7 is even more revolutionary than the Gutenberg one moment. It means that every company's business model, its supply chain, it's internal culture, it's subject to 24/7. Scrutiny is subject to 24/7 transparency, and it requires a different mindset and a different approach. And finally, partly because of demographics, we live in a world today where there are fewer workers and fewer available and skilled workers. So how you upskill your workforce and how you engage those workers, all four of those things are things that are critically important today to being a profitable enterprise and to having the highest return on investment you possibly can. And they're things we have to think about.
