Hi everyone, Exciting updates for 2023! 🚀 App install ad spend decreased by 6% to hit $82 billion globally. The global economic shift affected mobile app user acquisition budgets, causing a 6% year-over-year decline. Interestingly, Android experienced a more substantial 10% drop, while iOS grew by 2%. But here's the kicker: In-app purchases (IAPs) surged, especially in gaming apps, marking an impressive 11% increase in 2023. Casino and casual games led this revival, while midcore games saw a slight decline. Moreover, in-app advertising (IAA) revenue in gaming rose by 4% due to the success of casual games.
