Today we are telling you how to make delicious food for the whole house without oil. Which includes dal, raita, rice and roti. If you want, you can use 1 spoon of ghee to enhance the taste of this food prepared for the whole house. That too is not necessary. Know how to make food without oil? <!-- /8323530/Khabar_Desktop_VDO_1X1 --> Make lentils without oil and ghee For this, use mixed dal i.e. mix 3-4 dals and soak them. Now fry the cumin seeds in the cooker without oil. Grind 2 tomatoes, 5-6 cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 green chillies. Now when the Jari is lightly fried, add the ground tomato puree and cook. If you want, you can also add some onion to it. Cook till the tomatoes are cooked and the water dries up. Now add turmeric, coriander powder, salt and some red chilli to it. When tomatoes are cooked with spices, add washed lentils and water to it. Now add some asafoetida or asafoetida water in it. Let it whistle 2-3 times on high flame. After this, slow down the gas flame and cook the lentils for another 5-7 minutes. When the pressure is released, check the lentils and add 1 teaspoon of Desi Ghee and green coriander on top. With this, prepare steam rice, multi-grain roti without ghee and onion and green chilli raita and enjoy. If you feel like eating something light for breakfast then you can make Sabudana Vada. Its taste is very wonderful. Sabudana Vada is not only tasty to eat but it is also very easy to make. Everyone, from children to the elderly, likes its taste. This recipe is ready in minutes. To make Sabudana Vada, the things used are sago, boiled potatoes, peanuts. If you have never made Sabudana Vada at home till now, then you can make and eat them very easily with the help of our method. <!-- /8323530/Khabar_Desktop_VDO_1X1 --> Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada Sabudana – 2 cups Peanuts – 1 cup Boiled potatoes – 3 Green chillies chopped – 4-5 Black pepper powder – half teaspoon salt to taste chopped coriander Oil – for frying How to make Sabudana Vada To make Sabudana Vada, first wash the sago and soak it for 6 hours. After the stipulated time, now place a pan on the gas and fry the peanuts on medium flame. After roasting the peanuts, turn off the gas and grind them finely. Now transfer the soaked sago to another vessel. Now add black pepper powder, crushed peanuts, finely chopped green chillies and salt as per taste. After this, now mash the boiled potatoes and add it to the sago. Now mash this mixture well. Your mixture for Sabudana Vada is ready. Now take the mixture in your hands and shape them into vadas. Now heat oil in a pan. Drop sago vadas in hot oil and deep fry them from both sides. After frying for some time, turn the Sabudana Vada and deep fry it from the other side. Fry the sago vadas until they become crispy and golden on both sides. Serve flavourful Sabudana Vada with green coriander chutney. I have a confession… I never use recipes. 🫣 That’s not to say I never cruise social media for inspiration. Because @veganbunnychef has definitely consumed hours of my life. But honestly I can’t be bothered. When I’m in the kitchen I’m really just going by feel. And that’s always been my approach. I get asked often for recipes for our creations and the closest I have ever come is writing my smoothie ebook. (Link in bio for the updated version) So here’s my approach. And I hope these tips can help you start to play around with your food to make it more nutritious and delicious. 👇 -Aim to make your dish as colorful as possible. When you go grocery shopping, grab fruits and veggies of all colors. When you put together a meal, ask yourself what color contrast is missing and just add it in. -Buy quality herbs and spices. This is crucial for your flavors. -Use good salt. Don’t be afraid of it. Your body needs it and it makes your flavors POP. -Play with citrus!! Add lemon, lime, OJ, tangerine…to your sauces, curries, grains etc. -Sauce it up. This makes “boring” food instantly gourmet. We never buy sauces anymore, but if you’re not there yet avoid dressings and sauces with added sugar, “vegetable oil” and ingredients you don’t recognize. -Buy in BULK. Everyone says eating whole foods and organic is too expensive. Ummm that’s a cop-out for 90% of the people who say that. Not sorry. You can get grains, beans, legumes etc in bulk for VERY good prices. I’m working on a Healthy Mama meal planning bundle. It’s on my list with like a bajillion other things, but…it’s coming.
