Don’t go to work today. GO TO WORK TODAY. BE on FIRE. So tired of listening to the salaries we don’t like, the systems we don’t like, the bosses we don’t like, the teammates we don’t like. BORING… Take your whole game to the next level. Serve, Cheer and Uplift your teammate. Focus on giving your best to every moment. Love the Challenge and remain poised confidently giving your best when most would give in and quit or gossip about what they don’t like. Be Grateful for everything. Change your habits and you’ll see a different picture. Be a Champion Serving other Champions in everything you do. Have Fun. Make it Fun. Bring the darn Fun.

You don’t need all of your team members to be 100% devoted to the mission and purpose of your company to be successful. It’s like the old Mounds and Almond Joy commercials. Sometimes you do. Sometimes you don’t. Some companies do. Some don’t. Some employees do. Some don’t. You do need all of your team members to be devoted to: ▶ doing the job you hired them for, ▶ doing excellent work, ▶ learning, improving, and growing, ▶ being a great team member. You need people who ▶ you truly believe in, ▶ who truly believe in themselves, ▶ who truly believe in you. If you get all of that, does the person you hire really need to be a true believer too? Sure, it’s nice if your team is passionate about your mission and purpose. But, it’s not strictly necessary for people to do great work and contribute tremendously to your success. Make sure you’re really clear about your true needs. Who on your team needs to be 100% devoted? If you’re not and you make it a requirement for all positions, you just might be missing out on some very talented people who could make a big impact for you.

🌍 Multicultural Project Manager | Bridging Borders & Building Connections | Top Social Media Marketing Voice | Top Project Management Voice | Let's Connect and Collaborate!
Hey, my sister gave me a reality check this week and I didn’t like it. She told me to stop hiding my wins. Sure, I initially brushed it off, but she might be onto something. (Please don’t tell her that I said that) 🎉 Ever hesitated to share your wins because you worry others won't celebrate them as much as you do? It's a common fear. But here's why sharing is important: 🐝 Imagine if Beyoncé kept her album drop a secret until after it hit #1. We'd miss out on the buzz and the shared listening experience (and thinkpieces) ! Think about that friend who finally landed their dream job. If they didn't tell anyone until after their first paycheck, we couldn't celebrate their success or offer support during the job hunt. Sure, not everyone may react as enthusiastically as you hoped, but that's okay. Their response doesn't diminish your achievement. And who knows, maybe they're just as thrilled but express it differently. Or they are not the type of people you need in your community. 🥇So, don't hold back! Share your victories, big or small. Whether it's acing a test, finishing a DIY project or simply getting out of bed on a tough day, your wins deserve recognition. Let’s start a celebration chain! 🎊 Drop your recent win in the comments and let's cheer each other on. I'm here to celebrate YOU and give you your flowers! 🌸🌷🌼 ——————— #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #projectmanagement #socialmediamarketing #celebrateyou
