Last week, we opened our doors to the newest American Express Centurion Lounge in our nation’s capital at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).   My favorite part of the new lounge is the art gallery, filled with commissioned artwork from local artists, inspired by D.C.’s rich history and culture. And for the first time ever, travelers can enjoy a menu curated by three award-winning chefs - Michelle Bernstein, Ravi Kapur, and Michael Solomonov - featuring some of Card Members’ favorite Centurion Lounge dishes.   To pair with those dishes, guests can enjoy the Platinum 1984, a specialty cocktail only available in our Centurion Lounges this summer, to commemorate the Platinum Card’s 40th Anniversary. Cheers and congrats to Audrey Hendley, Amy Bernard and team on a successful opening!

It's a shame your company discriminates against some, in violation of the ADA, in your airport facilities. Isn't it time you be held accountable?

Really excited to try it! Would be great to get some local restaurant representation in the lounge - we have plenty of award winners in DC!
