When you tell a recruiter or candidate that you will stay in touch - do you really stay in touch? 🤔 By building a good relationship with a candidate, based on mutuality, respect and kindness - you remember that person and automatically - yes, you actually stay in touch. I can't count how many times I've been able to get back to old candidates or how many times someone has gotten back to me. And often, it turns out to be a success. 🤝 Just because someone isn't ready for a given move now doesn't mean they won't be in the future.
