We ask all our customers to leave us a review of their services once we are finished, and not everyone does it, has time to, or remembers to, but when we do get one - we celebrate!
City Warmth celebrates every review on every platform, we talk about the review, we review the review and we share the feedback.
We take time to reply to every review, we thank our customers for their time and we share it with you lot.
Why?
Well, we believe that good or bad, 5* or 1*, reviewing yourself and your colleague's work is important.
You can celebrate, reward, encourage, laugh, cry, Improve, offer suggestions, change processes and offer new solutions all from a review.
As a prospective, current, long-time or no longer use us customer, we thank you for your feedback, your continued trust in our work, and your honest feedback.
So, when you have a great service, when you meet a tradesperson that gets the job done when others haven't, or go somewhere nice, have great service, have a special meal - leave them a review!
Without reviews, local business may not be found by new customers, may disappear on search engines and may even not be considered a valuable trade online because of a lack of reviews.
