The Rays expect more people to come to their new St. Petersburg stadium for a series of specific reasons: • The state-of-the-art amenities in the new 30,000-seat stadium they say will be the “best ballpark in America,” including windows, operable walls, creative seating options and, Auld said, “a cooler rays tank and a bunch of things that make kids go ‘Wow.’ ” The enhanced game-day experience created by the surrounding development of bars, restaurants, shops, a music hall and other public spaces. DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR BRAVES FANS????????? Don't you just miss driving into downtown AtlantaT raffic for a game, parking at a nearby church for cash, $2 bottled water from street vendors, beggars, long walks/runs to car after games, no bars/restaurants around stadium? • The continuing growth of downtown St. Petersburg, which is in the midst of a building boom that will be further enhanced by the Rays/Hines Co. development around the stadium; FUNNY NOW THAT BRAVES HAVE LEFT AND TED TURNER IS CENTER PARC CREDIT UNION STADIUM-- RESTAURANTS AND BARS ARE POPPING UP ALL OVER SUMMERHILL.

It was my goal to create this video as cost-effectively as possible, so many of the shots were captured on a variety of phone cameras such as the S23 and iPhone 14. It just goes to show the amount of quality you can get with a good vision and knowledge of your platform's strengths. The other thing that I considered when creating this piece of content is: Where is this going to be delivered? How is this video going to achieve the goals of the business? What does this video do? What will the viewers be thinking when they watch this? - All of these questions led me to a budget-friendly deal for High Caliber Karting's event department and won the bid as a freelance editor and producer.

Tickets for Kacey Musgraves' Deeper Well World Tour started pre-sales yesterday, with tickets officially being sold to the public this upcoming Friday. After details regarding ticket pricing for the tour were released, some fans online voiced disappointment that the tour uses dynamic pricing. So, what is dynamic pricing? When a tour or specific event chooses to use dynamic pricing, the prices of each ticket will fluctuate based on demand for each show. As a result, two people sitting in the same section at a venue might have paid drastically different prices to attend the event, depending on how in demand the show was deemed at the time of purchase. Fans who have purchased tickets through the tour's pre-sale events have documented specific price points based on the location of each seat. The KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky, where Kacey Musgraves will perform on November 12, created a seating graph showing how each seat is initially priced. However, the bottom of the image includes a disclaimer stating that the prices can change at any time. It was really interesting to read this with my PopUp Painting hat on. We've definitely noticed a big jump in activity in the last few months, getting close to (and sometimes exceeding) our 2019 levels, particularly at The London Art Bar. The narrative that team building activities are even more important now given the decline of in-person working definitely resonates with our surge in corporate activity. (Although I guess sometimes that's offset by fewer people in the city centres to join public events) Two things that are really interesting but I don't think we've explored fully: firstly, these activities really do seem to still be attractive to non-drinkers, even when we talk about them as 'painting and prosecco' (and similar) in our case. And secondly, to what extent is the 'competitive' the appeal? From the perspective of our events, the fact that they're *not competitive* seems to be one of the big appeals.
