Yesterday, SadaPay announced mass employee lay offs. A very dark day for our company. I have personally see the impact it has on my colleagues, most of which I consider my friends.
I am sharing a list attached at the bottom of this post with details of these individuals, so you can easily contact them. Be sure to check it out ❤️
These days everything is uncertain, and even though this could've been managed better, there is no denying that a lot of deserving & talented individuals are without jobs right now.
I would urge all my LinkedIn connections to consider reaching out to all of my impacted colleagues. This post can assure you that you'll be patting yourself on the back for putting your faith in these people.
THESE PEOPLE WERE NOT LET GO FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE! Just extremely unlucky circumstances.
As for my ex-team members:
Omar Qureshi is a highly organised individual, and an extraordinary visionary. When the design industry was in awe of 3D designs, I remember how quickly we sought to set up our own in-house 3D department. He went above and beyond to ensure we were hiring the best of the best. Now, people use SadaPay's brand as an example of how things are done. This man is the brains behind it all.
Huzaifa Hassanzai & Fawad Gul spearheaded the 3D division. Their ambition to push the envelope each time we worked on a new project was refreshing. To see designers talk about new ideas, things that they haven't done before, and will most likely spend endless night learning, was very inspiring for us.
These days you will see ads about "3D studios". These boys were already ahead of the curve. A "been there done that" moment. True visionaries in their own right.
Asad Zia for someone so young to be so mature.. you can really call this person a gem. A diamond in the rough. Still bewildered why management decided to let go of what I consider to be a powerhouse asset for any design department. Despite the young age, his knowledge on all design front is that of an expert. I can not wait to see how Asad executes his creative tasks in the future. Any brand looking to make themselves stand out, needs to have Asad "AZ" Zia in their corner.
Fasih Uz Zaman and I both started off as "kids" here at SadaPay. We've grown so much in the time we've worked together. Any brand looking for a 2D motion artist can be assured that Fasih is the man for the job.
The thing about Fasih that impresses me the most is he will not stop working til all stakeholders are satisfied. Truly a warrior.
Saad Akram and I have worked very closely over the last year. I consider Saad to be a "full stack digital marketer". Someone with knowledge on all digital marketing domains, and his wizardry with all tools really made managing campaigns easy.
I'm probably out of character limit, but just to reiterate. Please reach out to these individuals, details are below:
