Hiring tip for content roles: be specific about the role’s duties in the ask.
I see too many “I’m looking for writers, DM me!” posts, and they’re not effective for anyone.
The poster gets INUNDATED with people trying to apply, and those looking for work get frustrated because the role is amorphous and they’re not qualified, but never get feedback why.
Here’s a better way:
“I’m looking for a copywriter who can write sales pages, newsletters, and email copy for a B2B SaaS brand in the legal tech space. Apply here - LINK.”
Or,
“I’m looking for a blog writer who has experience crafting seo-friendly 1,500-2,500 word articles that drive MQLs. The company is in the health tech space. Apply here - LINK.”
Tomorrow I’ll talk about why you should centralize applicants, to get the best results.
Hope this helps.

Another "work remotely but must reside in the US or Canada" role. Why not the UK?
