A Sensory Approch To Architecture & Design. #mywork Designing allows me to see potential in a space, to imagine how it could be different, and to create something truly unique and special. I always upskill my ideas and inspirations, to allow my creativity to flow. Anyhow designing is all about creating a space that reflects our own or client's personal style through the art of storytelling. It's important to explore different options and see what feels best for the space. Memories, adventures, and inspirations can all be great sources of creativity for designing. Although, our personal experiences would create spaces that are truly unprecedented whilst using them to create a space that perfectly reflects our individual style. Let our creativity run wild! I’m excited to put my designing experience and 'creartive' skills for my upcoming roles. I’m open to remote, part time, on-site and hybrid roles in the London area. Please feel free to put your comments or share my post with relevant employers. #opentowork #Interiordesigner #Interiorarchitect #architectassistant #architectassistantpart1 #ukjobs #londonarchitects #architecturelovers #contemporarydesign #minimalistarchitecture #rendering #photoshopart #lumionrender #enscapevisualization #sketchupdesign #architecturalphotography #modernarchitecture #architecture #3drender #walkthrough #architectureanddesign #architecturedrawing #architecturelovers #contemporaryarchitecture #minimalism #photoshop

As a truss designer, the majority of my work involves calculations and software-based design. However, a crucial aspect often overlooked is the field component. This involves direct interaction with engineers, framers, and clients at job sites. Has this been part of your role as a truss designer? I've found it to be an invaluable experience, but also a unique set of challenges. From language barriers to technical explanations, the field can be demanding. I'm curious about your experiences: * How comfortable are you with on-site interactions? * Do you handle field visits yourself, or is it delegated? * What are the most common issues you encounter? For new designers, these interactions can be intimidating. How do you approach training new hires for this aspect of the job? Let's share our insights and help each other navigate this essential part of the truss design process. #trussdesign #construction #fieldwork #engineering #constructionindustry #design #challenges #careerdevelopment

I'm a Truss Designer with 7 years of experience and I'm curious about production expectations in the industry. To all Design Managers, Lead Designers, General Managers, and anyone leading a design team: - What do you look forward to in terms of production from a truss designer? - What's the average output you expect from a designer each month? Is it measured in board feet, job value, or something else? - What's the difference between an average and a top-performing designer in terms of production? Is there a standard or benchmark for designer output, whether it's residential or commercial? And as a leader or design manager, what do you do to help your team reach those numbers while maintaining quality? Share your strategies for boosting productivity and efficiency without sacrificing accuracy. I'm eager to learn from your insights and experiences. Share your thoughts . #trussdesign #construction #production #design #industrystandards

Discussed in my last reel about whether Architecture in India is a successful profession or not, so here are some alternative career options that even today many don't know about or are hesitant and confused to follow where their passion lies. Architects are called Jack of Trades and Master of none. But we can master any one niche in Architecture if we are fully focused on that. 1. Artist - Most of the students join Architecture because they are good in art. But with time they realize that Architecture is just not only about knowing art, it consists of many subjects, so they lose interest in Architecture and get confused about what to do next. A good option for them is to become an artist. Sell art, sell paintings, and also can develop their own clothing brand with it. There are many websites where you can sell your art like @artdhope @the.art.spread 2. Graphic Designer - If you are good at Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. can definitely try improving your skills and become a graphic designer. Graphic Designers use a combination of artistic and digital tools to create visual graphics, such as illustrations, logos, layouts, images and more. 3. Architecture Photography - Most of the architects have a good sense of Architecture Photography. Invest in a few tools if you are good at clicking (no not the sky pictures) and capturing details. Architecture Photography is a huge part of Architecture Journalism. 4. 3D Visualiser - 3D Visualisers earn a lot these days to create 3Ds and walk throughs. Invest your time in learning software and you can do the freelancing projects to earn a good amount of money. 5. Furniture Designer - Many famous architects like Zaha Hadid, Daniel Lebiskind, and Meis Van Der Rohe, have made a deep impact on the furniture industry. Maybe it's your time now to dive in and mix materials and technology to create something unique. There are other options too, and will be shared in Part 2 of the video. What option would you choose? https://lnkd.in/gc6K8njJ
