The differences between being in sales and other positions are “simple” (not really): Sales people are excited to deal with rejection, while others get frustrated. Until they’re (sales) not. 🤪 Sales people welcome constant feedback and coaching while others have trouble accepting it. Until they (sales) have a bad day.🫡 Sales people have to think outside the box while others just wait on the solution from another person/group. Until they (sales) get complacent. 📦 Despite all of the knowledge of what the road has in store, sometimes your sales team needs a reminder that they’re doing a good job. Take some time to make your sales team smile this week, it might actually increase team output! 😁

Simple, but absolutely true. Everyone benefits with the right people in the right spot.

Here is an example of me doing sales. Few pinpoints: 1) sales have to be fun. 2) the team behind you might not be so excited as you are. 3) you need to have a small downhill to get up to speed to climb the hill. Still, nothing better than sales✌️

I hit 100% of my quota in the first two months as an AE 🚀🎉 Yes, that's right - I've achieved 100% of essentially the most manageable quota in sales history. Before you ask... yes, my quota was precisely 0 since I'm on ramp 😄 But let's not get stuck on details; a win is a win, right? Now I'm gearing up for the real challenge: March, the month where I have an actual quota.
