- Play & active recreation ⚽: Programs like the 78th Street Play Street in Queens offer vital open spaces for physical activity and community events.
- Green & natural environments 🌿: Urban gardens and parks improve mental and physical health by providing natural settings for recreation and relaxation.
- Healthy food access 🥗: Farmers markets and community gardens like those in Flint, MI, and East NY Farms in Brooklyn ensure fresh food availability.
- Walking & biking 🚶♂️🚴♀️: Safe, accessible routes encourage physical activity and reduce health disparities.

- Flint farmers market, Flint, MI: A revitalized market offering fresh produce and acting as a community hub.
