Significant transformations are occurring in downtown Hartford, with office buildings being repurposed for residential use and new developments by UConn and the Government Services Administration, indicating a positive trend in the downtown market. Hartford is rebounding from the pandemic's impact, with revitalization efforts gaining momentum. Downtown apartment conversions and neighborhood projects, like the Fuller Brush factory transformation, are underway. The MetroHartford Alliance’s Hart Lift program is revitalizing retail spaces, boosting foot traffic around the city. You need look no further than a bustling Pratt Street which, for the first time in decades, is fully leased with businesses and entrepreneurs bringing new life to downtown.
