Executive Director of ITPC highlighted during her keynote on Community Matters in #DSD Programs at the 7th #CQUIN Annual Meeting. We need a people-centered approach. Scaling–up DSD effectively means: ✅robust monitoring by communities, ✅a nuanced understanding of how to scale/improve quality, ✅building community systems, ✅supporting the shift to community-led services, and ✅funding community–led advocacy. The user of the tool or the service should not be an afterthought but adequately accommodated.
