Yet it is important to know the intent is to never stifle creativity throughout the Army enterprise. H2F has a variety of flavors which is intended to suit the BDE the best. It is certainly not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s up to the performance team on the ground in their local footprint to procure the best bits and apply them to thier sphere of influence.
