🤖 Transform Your Hiring Process with Tezi's Cutting-Edge AI Tezi, an early-stage startup, is revolutionizing the HR landscape with its AI agent designed specifically for hiring managers. This innovative bot promises to streamline the recruitment process by: - Sifting through resumes to match hiring criteria - Scheduling interviews on recruiters' calendars - Sending out interview invitations Tezi recently announced a $9 million seed funding round to fuel its journey toward a generally available product. Currently, they are rolling out their alpha product with a select group of design customers. CEO and co-founder, Raghavendra Prabhu, highlighted the potential of large language models (LLMs) in creating a sophisticated recruiting tool. “We saw an opportunity to build something very different from what’s historically been done by software in this space,” he stated. COO Jason James added that while existing tools can rank resumes, they fall short in managing the entire recruitment workflow. Tezi’s AI aims to offer an end-to-end solution, potentially automating the entire hiring process as models improve. The founders are also committed to minimizing bias, focusing on matching candidates based on skills and criteria set by hiring managers, and steering clear of historical hiring patterns. Trained on 250 million profiles and leveraging models from OpenAI and Anthropic, Tezi is set to make a significant impact. They have already begun working with 15-20 design customers and plan to expand to a wider beta distribution later this year. 2moI feel that this doesn't help candidates that are looking for a position within an organization to be fair. AI has its limitations, looking for key words on a resume, and putting 95% out of the running; and the 5% being accepted due to wording on the resume, but not right for the position. Then the process starts all over again. AI doesn't understand or comprehend the complexity of a position, understand the skills a person has, or understands how a person thinks about decisions that need to be made. AI is a great tool, but that's all it is, a tool. A real person that looks at a resume, and talks to the person, can know when someone is right for the position, though AI rejected the person. Just my 2 cents.
