Did you know that 42% of the global population is under 25⁉️ Yet, remain under-represented in the leadership roles. I talk about this often and how everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. While I think it is important to understand where you might have deficiencies, the default shouldn’t be making your deficiencies stronger. I have long maintained the belief that making your strengths stronger should be the go to and Erika articulates this wonderfully in the clip.
