American Express I had to cancel my card. Your customer service gave me wrong information in a few instances. Also, at one point I was insulted by your employee over the phone. Totally unacceptable! I asked for the recording of the conversation, but it wasn't given to me. Terrible experience for paying 1450 AUD per annum!

C F Frost. Somehow that name stayed and it's incredible how the cardmembers seek explanation for that when they see it in their profile. 😜 Amazing product I must say. And Amazing people that opt for it.

I'M SURE EVERYBODY @ AMERCIAN EXPRESS IS PROUD. OR FAKING IT????? I HAVE BEEN A CARD HOLDER FOR ALMOST 40 YEARS AND I NEVER EXPERINCED SUCH INHUMANE/DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE LET ME KNOW HOW YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH AMEX IS OR WAS SISNE THEY WONT HESITATE TO THROUGH YOU OUT OF THEIR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
