Nope. Now exercise has to be thought of like food to get it done? More focus on eating but reimagined. I don't think "movement snack" sounds like appealing as vocabulary that I will use -- but to others if you like it have at it. The activity of moving and the bite size description sure.

2moAt 75 here is my Rx. Yesterday 19 July, walked two 80# bars 4,200 feet. “Easy-peazey” as walking. Farmer’s Walk. No gym or trainer ever necessary. It’s the height of professional ignorance that trainers fail to introduce this as one move all ages can do. Better if started early. This move also strengthens ankle stability and grip strength. And slashed fat because every (EVERY) muscle in our bodies engaged. Free advice from me. I know a few things about aging and strength building.
