You open your email, and you see a letter from the teacher inviting you to share your insights on human resources information systems with students. The initial thought is, ''I don't know what I can tell you; I don't have that much experience yet...'' But as it turns out, there is something to share! 😊 Today, at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, I had the opportunity to share my experience with human resources information systems at the Eltel company with third-year students studying business information management. It's enjoyable to impart knowledge to future professionals because not only do you help them better understand how to manage HR information with technology, but you also realize that, hey, you already have knowledge to share with others. 🌟👩🎓 I discussed the ''Bonus'' and ''Smartsheet'' programs with the young professionals, explaining how these tools optimize the everyday life of human resources. I covered the principles of these programs, their pros and cons, and the various areas where these programs are applied. I won't lie; it was strange not to listen to a presentation from a guest alongside students but to be a guest myself! But I would do it again😉

in the season of economic epilepsy and falling of many organization. some organization are still making there decisions based on certificate of study in the field of the job vacancies. but it's a word of note for all employers to consider experience more than certificate due to practical management experience is far valuable and supersede in employing a candidate for a job opportunity. many may have the certificate qualifications but not have the experience which is a great teacher of productivity.

One of the core goals of the work we do at the Open Doors Initiative is to raise awareness of the barriers that exist for marginalised members of our society and how these impact on their opportunity to access employment, further education and self-employment.   We create awareness through employer training sessions. These sessions cover a variety of topics but all have core objectives and outcomes. What tactics helped you develop executive presence? ✏️ As a special education teachers I enhance my executive presence by prioritizing clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrating empathy, active listening, and adaptability are crucial in this role. Additionally, staying organized, setting clear expectations, and effectively managing time contribute to a professional and authoritative presence. Continuing education to stay informed about the latest special education practices also helps build confidence and credibility.
