Cancer is complex- with multiple mutations driving tumorigenesis, including in genes not previously associated with cancer.  Each patient has on avg 5 genetic alterations with thousands of possible signatures per tumour type   Vivan Therapeutics's variant calling software identifies these genetic alterations from the tumour  sequence and give us a full picture of a patient’s cancer.     We can think of as these as genomic constellations.  Much like the constellations in our night sky. Each unique patient constellation benefits from a persoanalised therapeutic regimen.   We have a deep dataset of patient tumour profiles matched with the most effective therapy based on massive in vivo (whole animal) drug screening.
