🛍️ Tip for Expanding Influence in the C-Suite 🛒 Shopping the Halls 🤝 In enterprise sales, we all know how important it is to "multi-thread" and to know who all the players are on the board and their temperature to your product/service. Am I right? 💭 Why is it when we rise, we forget about how critical this is internally with our fellow leaders? Yes, I'm talking about your "personal brand" within the organization. 👉 It's critical to have a game plan and be proactive with your internal team. 👏 Your objective--gain advocacy and support. 🔎 Ensure you set expectations early and often. Then deliver on and execute what your promised. Your word is your bond. 🤔 Hmm, seems a lot like multi-threading to me.
