Since Amazon messed up their service (with their own faulty delivery -ahem- 'service' and overall POOOR -so called - service). I try to stay away from Amazon and use the competition. But since it is Prime Day, might be the perfect day to cancel my lately unused/effectively useless prime subscription (next day delivery is a fraud with Prime these days).

Prime Day, as Amazon's biggest event, not only brings more discounts to customers but also generates huge traffic for the platform and sellers. There is no doubt that this is Amazon's most grand event. We look forward to seeing more similar events on Amazon in the future.

On 07/18/2024, I purchased Lava Louças Midea 14 services on Prime Day, as it was at a good price and the score at the Livelo club was high. I did the joinery at home to receive the product and leave the space free. However, when I tried to check the order on 25.07.24 (as delivery would be on 26.07.24) I couldn't find it in the app and to my surprise the order had been cancelled! However, it continues to be sold on the website for R$700 more expensive!! The deception is such that when trying to complain I came across several consumers in the same situation! They do not respect the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and make us look like clowns!! 🤡 🤡 🤡
