Three mistakes I made last week:
➤ Working early to get some quiet, then forgetting to also stop early. Not good for energy levels 😴
➤ Misjudging how much time events take. Having an all-day event where you're speaking needs prep, time & practice (for me at least). Gotta schedule that into the to-do list
➤ Not enough time outside. Forgetting that a short walk actually helps your quality of work, not harms it. In the moment it feels like 'no I have to finish this' but on reflection, fresh air would have been better.
There were some wins too: did some fab user interviews for a client, wrote an article in 2hrs (fastest yet) and did a nice run with the dog 🐕
So, this week:
🍃 more time outside

⏰ stopping at 5pm (starting at 8am) for the summer evenings
