Recruiting Partner Finding The Right Talent For Your Tech, Operations, and Manufacturing Needs || 70+ Recommendations || Jiu-Jitsu & Gardening
A 5K-employee company was looking to fill a critical role for a Staff Controls Engineer for over a year with no luck. I had no idea what this was yet just happened to watch a documentary about countries engaging in nuclear / cyber warfare and using PLC to do it. Combining this fresh knowledge with 13 years of recruiting experience in various industries, I found them the perfect candidate, filling a critical need. Similarly, I've placed a lot of tech people for an international law firm over the years. But they've also asked me to find other people, from Litigation Support to Director of Benefits. These are roles I had never worked on, but finding the professionals my clients need IS something I understand. After 13 years of connecting people to their next opportunity, I've built a skillset that transfers from niche to niche. Is being a niche Recruiter a good thing? Yes! Tech is my niche. I focus on that most of the time, and that's a good thing for my clients. But recruiting is still recruiting, and filling roles that fall outside of tech is just another way of coming through for my clients.

💥 Real Talk: Hiring a Security Company? Here’s What You NEED to Know 💥 Hiring a security company is about making a strategic investment that could make or break your business’s safety. Here’s the deal: 🛑 Stop looking at price tags alone. You’re not buying a product; you’re buying peace of mind. ✅ Vet their experience. If they haven’t dealt with your industry’s specific challenges, they’re not ready for you. You want pros who’ve been in the trenches and know how to handle your unique risks. 💪 Evaluate their training. A security guard is only as good as their last training session. You need a team that’s constantly leveling up, staying sharp, and ready to act when it counts. 💻Technology is non-negotiable. If they’re not integrating advanced tech—like real-time monitoring, smart surveillance, and access control—they’re stuck in the past. 📊 Demand transparency. Regular reports, clear communication, and accountability are the bare minimum. If you’re not getting updates, you’re in the dark. Here’s the bottom line: Hiring a security company isn’t just another line item on your budget. It’s a critical decision that impacts your people, property, and peace of mind. Don’t cut corners—get the best because your security deserves nothing less. Are you hiring the right security partner or just checking a box? Stay vigilant, Adam
