Today, we published our 2023 Corporate Responsibility Report, which details our innovative strategy for reducing emissions in our essential Labspace® infrastructure, including advancing our renewable electricity strategy with the recent completion of a solar farm that is now supplying 100% of our Greater Boston region’s electricity load through a long-term power purchase agreement. It also highlights our ongoing efforts to drive forward solutions to some of the nation’s most pressing issues, including mental health and addiction. We continue to deepen our tenant relationships by aligning our strategic sustainability goals with theirs while enabling them to pursue their life-changing work.
