With the increasing integration of #AI in workplaces, leaders will need to make a fundamental mind shift — from thinking about artificial intelligence as a tool to recognizing it as a valuable co-worker. That's not to imply we apply humanity to a machine. Rather, forward-thinking managers will accept that AI can automate many cumbersome tasks.  AI's help and workflow improvements will make our days easier and our workplaces more productive. Which AI tools have been successfully integrated into your team's processes? #SHRMAIHI #Leadership #FutureOfWork #ArtificialIntelligence

Alexander - if it helps, I am using the term “augmented intelligence” in addition to artifical intelligence. Narrative AI services (machine learning) are “augmenting” human intelligence as a tool…. by occupation. As a CEO, HR leader, lawyer, marketeer, lawyer, teacher, engineer, etc, etc. AI is smarter software (machine learning), used as tool, to augment and assist you in your job/occupation, and augment the team’s workspace to perform better. Decisions still made by people. People still need to interact , civilly, with emotional intelligence to perform their best individually as well as a team

I agree. And be sure to maintain your authenticity. Don't just blindly use AI. Use AI to be a better you, not another you.
