Genius and hilarious, as usual, Albert Tawil!! 💡🤣 And thank you for acknowledging the important circuit court split on the proper interpretation of “out of pocket.” I understand SCOTUS is considering adopting one of the two governing interpretations, and some legal scholars have theorized the Court May invalidate the term as unconscionable. (In your next tutorial, can you please educate the Summer Associates about the absurd term “revert back”?)
The best part is that "out of pocket" in AAVE means basically to have lost one's mind, so you can get some really hilarious misunderstandings when you say "I'm going to be out of pocket tomorrow." Learned that one the hard way.
LET US LIVE, ALBERT.
It's because you say it with such a dead pan face that I love it 😂
Albert Tawil, I love your videos. This one had me laughing out loud.
Hilarious!! "SCOTUS will rule on it next term." And now I'm dead, Albert Tawil.
The out-of-pocket part is hilarious!! As a nomad, the relocate one resonates as I'm switching countries seemingly every month. Thanks for the good laugh this morning.

5moMany of you know my hatred for the term "out of pocket" - but the truth is "relocate" is a close second. I sense that post-Covid it is used much less as working from in the evening has become much more commonplace.
