Why projects fail: How effective change management can help
increase your chances of success:
Many projects, despite initial promise, fall short of expectations. Some factors that can contribute to project failures are poor leadership,
unclear objectives, scope creep, inadequate stakeholder engagement, inadequate risk
management, poor resource availability, poor project management planning, inadequate
communication, etc. In some cases with good planning, poor adaptability could also
hamper project success. Research from PROSCI indicates that project success can increase as much as six
times when change management is properly executed. Including change management, project
execution can improve better objective definition, stakeholder management, flexibility and
adaptability, and building greater buy-in.
Kindly join us and John Wesey on July 24 at 11am to learn how we can address the common pitfalls why projects fail and how effective change management can help us succeed.
