CHESSMEN – WP7 Meeting: BfArM Hosts a Two-Day Meeting in Bonn On 4 and 5 November 2024, BfArM welcomed CHESSMEN WP7 partners in Bonn, Germany, for a two-day hybrid meeting. The event aimed to advance WP7’s objectives while reviewing the overall progress of the CHESSMEN Joint Action. Led by BfArM, WP7 focuses on developing a European IT Concept Model to monitor and manage medicine shortages. This model integrates existing tools and best practices from EU Member States, aiming to enhance data interoperability between systems and ensuring the easy and direct availability of information on supply shortages. The meeting featured presentations from several partners, including BfArM, AEMPS, JAZMP, BASG, FIMEA, INFARMED, I.P., and EMA.
