The application period is open for the American Institute of Architects' Next to Lead program. Next to Lead is a leadership development training program for racially and ethnically diverse women in architecture who aspire to be AIA leaders. As part of the inaugural cohort, I gained insight into the AIA leadership structure, learned association leadership skills, became friends with women with extraordinary accomplishments and hearts, and attended and presented at AIA conferences. https://lnkd.in/g9zzrqeW
