Last month, Agtegra Cooperative had the honor of hosting the South Dakota Agricultural & Rural Leadership (SDARL) Class XII! It was a wonderful opportunity for our team to showcase our cooperative and provide a behind-the-scenes look at our Bath and Grebner facilities. We truly appreciated the chance to engage with such a knowledgeable and insightful group. Thank you for joining us and making the experience so memorable!

Last week, the Global Fuse Leadership team (Mike Uilk, Alex Russomagno, Diego Lopes, Julie Ulbrich, Jeffrey Smith, Felipe Trindade & Bernhard Schmitz) gathered at PTx Trimble's Westminster CO headquarters to plan for a strong finish in 2024 and align on plans for 2025. A key goal in 2025 is to help execute AGCO's strategy to become the global leader in mixed fleet precision agriculture solutions through leveraging AGCO's global equipment dealership network. During the week, we had productive discussions with Andrew Sunderman, GM at PTx Trimble, and other members of the PTx Trimble Product Management leadership team. 🌟 Our exciting new video from Herd Dynamics Leadership Day is live! 🌟 Since I started working with my horses differently two years ago, after nearly 20 years of riding and training, I’ve always been curious about how leadership and communication continue to evolve, especially in today’s fast-paced environments. Our most recent event really brought everything together and gave me a chance to step back and watch participants connect with the horses in ways that made me feel proud. Here are a few reflections from the day: 🐴 "The activity with the horses was a game changer, particularly learning how to approach them. Breathing in their nostrils was something completely unexpected." 🌱 "I learned that teamwork and communication are about much more than words. The horses taught me to trust the process and let people come to their own conclusions." 💡 "The biggest takeaway was to slow down, observe, and allow time for reflection before jumping into action. This applies to both leadership and life." For me, this event reaffirmed that leadership is about connection—whether with others, ourselves, or nature. It’s about learning through non-verbal communication and letting the environment around us teach and guide. Its exciting to continue exploring how equine-based learning can shift our approach to leadership and teamwork. It’s not about control or rank, but about roles, respect, and reflection. Check out the video here to see the day in action: https://lnkd.in/ez587nu6 🐴✨ Feel free to reach out if you'd like to know more about what we’re learning from the herd and how these insights could apply to your own leadership journey.
